Refund policy
At this time we DO NOT offer a refund or return policy due to the nature of some of our products. We do use thermal bubble mailers during the summer months to try and take every precaution so packages do not arrive melted. Packages need to be brought in after being delivered immediately during these warmer months.
IF PACKAGE ARRIVES MELTED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY Via email- the exact same day the package was delivered and within 1 hour of delivery and will try our best to find a solution since no returns or refunds are allowed. We will check the delivery date/time package was scanned as delivered by your carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are left outside in the heat. Any other issues or damages you may email us but we cannot accept returns/refunds. Please contact us within 24 hours of package being delivered for any other issue.
